Over the years, EPFO has taken several measures and reforms for the benefit of its stakeholders. Nidhi Aapke Nikat is a programme where EPFO stakeholders come to visit the field offices, the approach now will be reaching out to the stakeholders, thereby increasing accessibility of EPFO services and visibility of the organization. It will be a broad based participatory awareness and outreach program for the employers and the employees simultaneously acting as a grievance redressal platform for members and information exchange network. The Nidhi Aapke Nikat will be conducted on 27thof every month starting from January 2023.

In view of the above, you are requested to attend the Nidhi Aapke Nikat Programme at Tontadarya College of Engineering, Mundargi Road, Gadag on 27-02-2023 from 09:30 AM for the following.

Employer’s grievances and queries related to filing of ECR, KYC seeding, filing of E nominations, updation of contractors details in Principal Employers Portal.

2. Employees’ grievances and queries related to final PF withdrawal, transfer of PF accounts, KYC related and UAN related issues, online claims, eligibility of various advances such as illness, marriage, site purchase, house building/construction, education, natural calamities etc.

3. Grievances and queries of newly covered establishments regarding eligibility of membership, payment of provident fund dues, filing of ECR, KYC seeding,

4. Pensioners who have not received pension for more than one year.
